Merchant and batch data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. Watermarked tag images are stored on IPFS (decentralized, content-addressed). On-chain data (NFTs, item hashes) is stored on the Apollo blockchain and cannot be deleted.
We do not share your data with third parties. Wallet addresses and on-chain data are inherently public on the blockchain. IPFS-stored images are publicly accessible via their CID (content identifier).
On-chain data (NFTs, hashes) is permanent and cannot be deleted. Database records are retained for the life of the merchant account. Verification logs are retained for fraud detection purposes.
You may request deletion of your merchant account and associated database records. On-chain data cannot be deleted. Contact us at tickets@blaqcloudsmediagroup.io for data requests.
Authentication uses wallet signatures (SIWE) — we never store passwords. JWT tokens are used for session management with expiration. Database access is restricted to the application server.
